On the site you'll find information from research papers and long out-of-print literature. We aim to bring these to the public by digesting them into easy-to-understand articles. You'll always find handy links to each source given, so you too can benefit from our motto: don't take our word for it, see the research for yourself! Here, we believe that breed information should be accessible to all and transparent.

We do not take payment from breeders, meaning we can maintain the rigorous standards we do for any advertised puppies or breeders. All breeders on our site perform genetic testing on their Collies and have a proven commitment to bettering the breed's health, plus preserving the Collie's true original type, free of the Kennel Club's Points of Concern.
